Update From tanadewa Villas & Resorts: Guest Safety – Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At tanadewa Villas & Resorts, our highest priority is the well-being and safety of all our guests, staff and employees. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local health authorities for the latest updates related to COVID-19) and following the guidelines and recommendations from public health officials and governments.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the development of COVID-19 around the world, we understand that guests might be forced to postpone or cancel their stay with us. Hence, we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy. We are waiving all cancellation fees for all bookings made with supporting documents provided by the guests until May 31st, 2020. To serve you with additional flexibility in your travel arrangements, we are willing to adjust your reservations (including events and meetings bookings) for the next 12 months.

  

Proactive Measures For Guests

  • Providing thermal scanners to check guests’ body temperature
  • Providing medical assistance if the guest feel symptoms of fever (body temperature over 38º C), flu or respiratory problems
  • If during the stay the guest experiences the symptoms above, the room that has been used by the guest will be sanitized immediately according to health standards
  • Hand Sanitizer and Face Masks are available at the front desk (Lobby)
  • Establishing a more rigorous cleaning program for the public areas and facilities using chlorine

 

Proactive Measures For Staff and Employees

  • Using thermal scanners to check staffs’ body temperature before commencing work
  • Avoiding shaking hands directly but using the ‘Namaste’ greeting instead
  • Providing hand sanitizer and soap at each department and employees facilities
  • Cleaning hands frequently with soap for at least 20 seconds 
  • Avoiding touching nose, eyes and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Awareness of maintaining health and body’s immune system
  • Always maintaining a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for everyone
  • Being informed on how to use face mask and gloves properly
  • Daily general health check for every staff member before commencing work
